Digital Media Officer

Help develop and manage the presence of the MLA on all relevant media platforms, including social media and assist in developing any relevant content required for this purpose, including video content and responding to comments appropriately. .

3rd level qualification and at least 5 year's relevant experience.

Experience of working in a Parliamentary setting.

Prior experience of drafting press content e.g. statements and liaising with journalists.

Strong social media skills and experience of developing or managing social media accounts

Excellent knowledge of the political landscape
