Digital Support/Social Media Officer

This opportunity allows the post holder to actively advertise and highlight the work ongoing within Impact Training on a regular basis, from our curricular activities to our enrichment activities, we are actively looking for a Social Media and Digital support Officer to upload, manage and distribute positive media stories through multiple social media platforms.We also are looking for a candidate who can support manage the interactions from both our social media platforms and Website (Currently under construction) and ensure that replies are instantaneous and relevant departments are linked with specific online requests.The candidate should have an excellent understanding Social media platforms, and be prepared to become involved in all enrichment activities both internally and externally to Impact Training..

Understanding of the use of a range of Social Media Platforms, eg, Tik-Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn etc..

Experience in using Social media for generating positive news stories and ability to demonstrate same.

Good standard of literacy skills, using online abbreviations were suitable and in line with company ethos.

Experience in the use of email, word processing and report generation.

Vlogging and Blogging experience and skills desired but not essential.
