Job description
Choice is seeking to recruit a Digital Training / ICT Support Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation and utilisation of various digital applications and systems within the organisation. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-user training, support, and guidance to maximise user adoption and proficiency in utilising these tools effectively. It is expected that this role will provide expert level support within the Service Delivery team. It is anticipated that this role will be flexible to best allocate time in line with demands of the organisation. .

Previous experience of systems training for a minimum of 6 monthsPrevious experience of ICT Support in a similar role for a minimum of 2 yearsGood working knowledge of - Microsoft Azure configuration and administration; Azure Virtual Desktop; Microsoft Office 365 administration; Windows 10 Operating Systems; PC hardware technical knowledge; Knowledge of ITSM service modelPatient and empathetic towards users with varying levels of technical expertiseDegree of flexibility as some out of hours working will be requiredCurrent driving licence , Previous customer service experienceExperience of working within the Social Housing SectorNetworking principles and hardware SQL databases Cloud Telephony platforms
