Training Support Officer - Ballymena - Full Time

Duties will include:
- Source appropriate work placements.
- Monitor trainees/apprentices’ attendance and progress
- Liaise with trainee/apprentices and employers
- Support trainee/apprentices in the delivery of Personal Training Plans and successful completion of qualifications.
- Achieve targets for trainee/apprentice monitoring visits, work placements and ensure compliance with College and DfE regulations
Criteria:
- A qualification at Level 3
- GCSE's in English and Maths at Grade ‘C’ or above or equivalent.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Access to suitable transport for business purposes to effectively discharge the duties of this post.
- As the nature of this post is likely to involve working with or being in close contact with children and/or vulnerable adults any offer of appointment will be subject to an Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure.
