SalaryThis role will support the development, implementation, and management of digital projects across the trust. The Digital Nurse will provide a robust service actively working as part of the Frontline Digitisation (FD) Programme driving the Digital Technology Services (DTS) projects that will optimise current and future digital deployments.
As we move through the digital age in healthcare the successful post holder will have an active involvement in future digital projects and EPR developments as identified by the Trust in line with its evolving clinical and quality strategy. The Digital Nurse will also help guide and manage other members of the Frontline Digitisation Programme team.
The post holder will exercise professional accountability and responsibility using professional skills, knowledge, and expertise in changing inpatient environments, across professional boundaries and in unfamiliar situations. This would include coordinating Clinical Risk assessments, identifying impact on Trust Policy and to be accountable for :
• Ensuring safe and effective clinical practice
• Enhancing the patient’s experience
• Ensuring effective contribution to the delivery of the organisation’s objectives
