This is an administration and customer-focused role with the key duties include:
- Direct customer contact politely and professionally.
- Taking phone calls and emails from suppliers.
- Using resources available to ensure the correct works are carried out and at correct costs.
- Bookings in for customers.
- Processing invoices and filing when required
- To operate in a safe and responsible manner at all times
In addition to the responsibilities above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, be IT proficient and able to work to deadlines. A professional, personable and positive approach is also required.
