Hours: 37.5 hours per week £12.75per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 07:45am - 16:30pm (45-minute lunch)
- Friday: 07:45am - 13:15pm (no lunch)
Workplace: Unit 5, IO Centre, Lodge Farm Industrial Estate, Northampton
Profile:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, punctual, and respectful of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Coordinate timekeeping activities, including attendance reporting and holiday calculations.
- Take minutes for meetings, including disciplinary hearings.
- Administer security cards and maintain files.
- Arrange occupational health visits and coordinate drug tests.
- Organize service awards.
- Handle general HR administration tasks (new starters, probation, disciplinary, grievance, leavers, etc.).
Managerial Support:
- Generate reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Type and prepare letters.
- Conduct data analysis.
Reception Duties:
- Answer phone calls and manage the reception door.
- Tend to visitors, including meeting preparation, lunch arrangements, and organizing travel and accommodation.
Office Administration:
- Order stationery and office supplies.
- Raise purchase requisitions/orders using SAP.
- Organize business and social functions.
- Arrange training and update training systems.
- Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms.
- Check and sign off invoices.
