Role:HR Administrator
Location: Northampton
Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30 - 5pm
Salary: Up to GBP26,000 depending on experience

What will you be doing in the HR administrator role?
In this role you will take responsibility for the onboarding process for all new starters
- Managing DBS pre-employment checks
- Coordinating pre-employment training
- Shaping and designing the onboarding and induction processes and ensuring that all candidates have a first-class candidate journey
- Learning and Development and system training
- Screening and shortlisting CVs
- Reporting and Analysis
What we would like from you:
- Highly competent in MS Office
- Some knowledge and experience in HR administration
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to prioritise
- Positive and flexible approach to work and a team player
- Customer focused and service orientated
