Role:HR Administrator

Location: Northampton

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30 - 5pm

Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

What will you be doing in the HR administrator role?

In this role you will take responsibility for the onboarding process for all new starters

• Managing DBS pre-employment checks
• Coordinating pre-employment training
• Shaping and designing the onboarding and induction processes and ensuring that all candidates have a first-class candidate journey
• Learning and Development and system training
• Screening and shortlisting CVs
• Reporting and Analysis

What we would like from you:

• Highly competent in MS Office
• Some knowledge and experience in HR administration
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Able to prioritise
• Positive and flexible approach to work and a team player
• Customer focused and service orientated
