I am currently recruiting for a Compliance administrator to support the Recruitment and HR team
Duties to include;
- New joiners - sending out contracts, offer letters and collating paperwork
- Sourcing for candidates
- Screening applicants
- Process DBS applications and verify RTW docs
- Organising new starter training courses
- Training - taking ownership for training records and ensuring they are kept up to date.
- Updating the absence records
- Organising the new starters information and personal details
