About the Role: As the HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients busy HR function. You'll be providing administrative support, ensuring our clients HR team, managers, and colleagues receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding new starters through contracts and inductions.
- Keeping your colleagues in the loop with accurate terms and conditions updates.
- Working closely with payroll to ensure smooth sailing.
- Championing their colleague engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining HR systems.
- Providing invaluable support in disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Being the go-to for HR queries and general administrative tasks.
About you:
- Prior experience in HR administration.
- Strong communication skills fit for any situation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
