Our client is a dynamic and innovative force within the engineering industry, currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team and provide vital support. This is a temporary role with the potential for a Permanent Opportunity for the right candidate.
?? Start Date: ASAP
? Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
? Salary: £12 - £14 Per hour + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay
?? Location: Leeds, LS10 (free onsite parking)
In this role, you will take on a range of administrative responsibilities that include:
- Handling purchase orders (PO's)
- Receiving and managing deliveries
- Warmly welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Accepting and signing for parcels
- Administrative duties as and where required to support the team
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- Desirable prior experience within the engineering industry
