If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our fantastic Automotive client based in Wetherby, to provide Admin/PA support over various departments, such as Legal, Commercial, product design & Development, and Accounts.
Role:Temporary Senior Administrator
Salary: £14 - £16 per hour + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
Duration: 3 Months initially
Location: Wetherby, LS23 (free onite parking)
What duties will you be doing on daily basis?
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments
- Researching company details
- Drafting of letters
- Providing PA support to departments (Legal, Commercial, Product Design & Development, and Accounts Team)
- Processing invoices
- Support with writing of manuals
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of NDA's desirable
- Good Communication Skills
- Previous experience in a proactive, varied role
- Excellent Administration skills
