You’ll be working closely with members and RCN staff coordinating the organising digital tools and platforms and supporting members to win on the issues that matter to them and the nursing profession.It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from member participation using digital technology; data management; to scoping the market for new and innovative technology to support member participation.In this role you will be working to across two main areas of priority: digital tools and data management. Your day-to-day will be coordinating all the digital organising tools and platforms. This may include supporting member to member participation through Thrutext campaigns to scoping the technology market for new innovative ways to increase member engagement. With support from the Senior Organiser, you’ll also manage all aspects of digital organising data and work closely with the Data and IT teams to ensure security.We’re looking for someone who is technology savvy and is comfortable working with numbers. Someone who pays attention to detail and who can work as part of a team while hitting individual targets, who is a go-getter and can follow the direction set by their direct line manager, the Head of Organising and the over-all strategic direction of the Organising Programme. It is important you can build professional relationships with members and staff by promoting a working atmosphere where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Most importantly you will have a commitment to grow a deeper understanding of the practice of Organising which will help to shape the RCN’s Organising Programme.What we offer youWe expect you to work hard as a professional and alongside members on organising drives under the direction of the Organising Programme strategy.
