My client are seeking a Digital Portfolio Manager to drive their digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will be responsible for managing their Digital Portfolio, overseeing business transformation programs and digital technology deployments to maximize value across the organisation. This role is based at their Chiswick office, 2 days per week, 3 days working from home on a permanent staff basis.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Portfolio Manager
- Manage the business Digital Portfolio to align with our Digital Strategy and accelerate business growth.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle, from business case development to benefit realization.
- Oversee business analyst capability and project delivery approach.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and ensure sustained ownership of operating model changes.
- Develop effective dashboards for visibility and value demonstration.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Ensure technical solutions meet cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the division and drive skill development within the team.
Key Requirements: Digital Portfolio Manager
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognised university.
- Recognised Project Management qualifications.
- Experience working in an Oil & Gas or similar global environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing Digital Portfolios for multi-country organisations.
- Ability to support strategic decision-making and optimise Digital Portfolios.
- Pragmatic approach to demand management and project execution.
- Understanding of process improvement and emerging technologies.
- Able to manage 3rd party project manager and digital suppliers to ensure successful delivery and budget adherence.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
