Digital Print Trainee Machine Operator - Permanent

Our client is a market leading print company in Newcastle, busy printing company who are looking to recruit a Trainee Digital PrintMachine Operator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the printing industry.

Duties include learning to operate machines such as Inca X3 and Vutek printers, as well as being responsible for printer maintenance, following job sheets and working to tight deadlines.

Previous Digital Print/print industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The most important thing is reliability and an excellent attitude towards work.

The job requires flexibility to work 2 shifts (dayshift and nightshift), rotating weekly, from Tuesday to Friday.

Dayshift- 8am- 6pm

Nightshift- 8pm- 6am

Rate of pay is GBP13.55 per hour across both shifts.
