Location: Hybrid/Bradley Stoke - 2 days per week

About the job as Digital Product Manager

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Digital Product Manager who will be part of a squad to manage and improve our customer retention, delivering a great digital customer experience to our 13 million personal and business members.

This high-profile position will work alongside our Product Designer and be part of a wider team, accountable for digital KPIs and customer outcomes ensuring the products delivered on time meet both the customer and the business needs. We are looking for somebody who has a track record of defining and delivering great customer and commercial outcomes.

This is hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office, and 3 days at home.

What you will do as Digital Product Manager

• Own the company Mobile application project roadmap, for retention and its execution: evaluating and prioritise multiple opportunities to achieve ambitious strategic goals and KPIs focussed on minimising churn.
• Develop detailed requirements, working closely with a range of stakeholders, to deliver the product roadmap, including commercial and group stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Work with a cross-functional team (product designers, engineers, data analysts) to deliver high impact new features and enhancements:
• Post launch evaluation of all activity against our objectives, and optimisation based on usage and insight.

What you will need as Digital Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager who has demonstrable experience of delivering high impact Digital Products in in a fast paced, commercially focused organisation.

You must show evidence of owning a complex digital experience throughout the product lifecycle - from ideas and discovery through to prioritisation, definition, delivery, and post launch evaluation. Demonstrating sound decision making at each stage.

Able to leverage understanding of good practice in UX and technical design, in order to work effectively as part of the product team and with the broader companies' product and technology organisation.

Experience of working in financial services, or any automotive related sector would be helpful, but not necessary: more important is the desire and ability to understand the needs.
