One of our clients are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in their Hull office.
They are looking for someone that has excellent communication skills and has prior experience in a similar role.
The role:
- Processing invoices raised by the firm.
- Preparing payments
- Processing incoming and outgoing banking transactions
- Allocating funds
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Dealing with transactional posting
The candidate:
- Prior experience of working within a finance environment, ideally in the legal sector
- Knowledge of using Microsoft
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Someone who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and delivering results to a agreed deadline.
