Role: Digital Project Manager
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Our client has a small digital team that delivers that include website builds, maintenance, security and hosting contracts. We require a Project Manager to join this team who will ensure the smooth running of the Digital Projects, managing workflow for the team as well as becoming an integral part of the wider team. This is a challenging but rewarding role in a busy full service marketing agency.

Our client runs a hybrid office and are open to candidates who want to work 4 days a week (pro rata).
The role:
You will have demonstrable experience in managing Digital Projects. This digital experience should centre around website projects and should cover the entire
project lifecycle. Experience working on support desk or maintenance tasks would be useful. An understanding of website project standards is essential.
In line with this you should have experience of managing the workflow of several staff members (designers & developers mostly) by the day, week and month across several different projects. You will need to demonstrate that you can plan the schedule of a team to give accurate delivery times for milestones on a range of concurrent projects whilst ensuring they remain within budget.
You will be working with Account Managers as part of this role but any experience building longer term relationships to cultivate commercial opportunities with clients would be beneficial. Similarly experience of commissioning and working
with third party suppliers would be useful.
Responsibilities
? Overview of the digital department on a daily/weekly basis to ensure its
smooth running.
? Running of projects, maintenance contracts and any other digital services
being delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.
? Production and resource management
? Project scoping - requirements gathering and producing design and technical
specifications to support the business development team.
? Client contact and building relationships.
? Quality control and testing on web builds.
? Managing budgeting on projects.
? Assisting with quotes and tenders with the business development team.
