Salary: £50,500 - £58,000 (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Caterpillar EAME Europe Region is looking towards the future and is developing the Digital capability of its dealer network in support of the Caterpillar Services Growth Strategy. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for establishing Digital roadmaps and support the full suite of Caterpillar’s world class digital solutions with Caterpillar dealers. The role requires strong project management, strategic and business understanding of EAME Region to ensure Caterpillar Digital solutions are fully leveraged to maximize customer value and support Services Growth.
This position is within the EAME DSD Europe Region.
Responsibilities include:
Build Digital Roadmap for Target dealers in coordination with Dealer Digital Leader in support of Caterpillar’s Services Growth Strategy. Drive adoption of Digital solutions across the business segments
Ensure dealer and Caterpillar resource alignment and agreements before deployment.
Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Ensuring stakeholder management between Caterpillar and Dealer
Managing key digital deployments for the district as single point of contact through structured project management. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
Coordination and execution of customer go to market strategies in partnership with the industries.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Proven experience in Digital projects, with successful track record of managing Digital projects, especially in B2B industries. Proficiency in English required.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
Project Administration: Knowledge of large project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. PMP Certified.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Ability to create positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including building and maintaining the relationship with the relevant stakeholders through appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.
Change Management : drive change to support CAT & dealer’s digital transformation journey, managing and controlling the resistance to change across all the stakeholder groups.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
