I'm working with a leading critical infrastructure organisation to support them on their recruitment of a Digital Delivery Manager. The digital Delivery Manager will oversee a portfolio of digital related projects with a key focus on ensuring said projects are delivered on time and in budget.
This is an exciting time for the organisation with a number of key strategic transformation projects in the pipeline; this role will support the digital aspects of this. As the Delivery Manager you will manage your own team of project managers and business analysts and will take responsibility for allocating resource, budgeting and overall delivery.
To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous leadership experience in a digital delivery role, with a history of delivering complex IT and transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Lean six sigma
- Negotiation and business development experience
The role is a hybrid position with an expectation to be on site 3 days a week. It's a good central location with excellent transport links and the organisation as a whole can offer an excellent benefits package.
