Role Description
The London based International Media Services team for Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Digital Reporting & Finance Assistant to join the team, where they will work across the company’s exciting online portfolio of websites and Digital touch points, giving support for International Digital Solutions for both Sponsorship and Marketing teams.
Ideally, candidates will have experience of working in a Digital environment, but we’re equally keen to hear from people with a finance background who would be open to bringing their skills and experience to digital media. Highly organised, you have excellent time management and administration skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You will be flexible, self-motivated and a good team player; working under your own initiative in order to achieve goals.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team; you will work with our multinational sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation across multiple websites and digital touch points. An understanding of our data tools is required; troubleshooting and reporting.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Strong analytics skills and the ability to visualize and report on revenue and billing data, campaign performance, audience metrics
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Previous experience using Oracle would be beneficial
- Strong understanding of: Advertising Operations Advertising Technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best practices would be advantageous
- Experience in brand promotions, digital/social media, entertainment and/or sports marketing working with brands
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics and data tools would be advantageous

What the role includes
- Pull revenue reports on a regular basis.
- Provide support in month end revenue reconciliation.
- Manage incoming invoices from third party vendors (Meta, Google), file and reconcile against activity.
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure billing information is provided at month end.
- Raise invoices on Oracle system on activity run.
- Manage communication with local markets and handle and solve any billing query.
- Assist various members of the team in pulling regular reports to monitor campaign delivery.
- Assist Media Buyers in compiling end of campaigns reports.
- Manage filing of all relevant documentation within the team shared drive.
