Our client, a leader in the Environmental industry, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Transformation Manager to join their team. They are dedicated to delivering Ecological Transformation through decarbonisation, depollution, and resource generation.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced data and technology to automate back office systems and reduce operational teams' administrative burden.
- Collaborate with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to meet operational and client requirements.
- Analyse and improve back office processes to ensure they are efficient, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Take ownership of operational data, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
- Drive the digitization of services by implementing the latest advances in technology.
- Support the implementation of the digital training strategy and provide operational end-user training.
- Establish a data-driven approach to service management, enabling better business decisions.
- Capture and communicate system changes and reporting improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support service changes through routing improvements and the use of spatial (GIS) technology.
- Manipulate large datasets for service analysis and operational system enhancements.
What are we looking for?
- Degree level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences, or Geographical Information Science.
- Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
- Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Desirable: Practical understanding of Excel, Power BI, SQL, GIS.
