Digital Workplace Manager

• Digital Workplace Manager 
• £550 - £600 per day (Outside IR35)
• Manchester - Required to go on-site once a month

Our client is currently on the lookout for A Digital Workplace Manager where you will come in as part of the senior leadership team where you will be focusing on digital, user and customer experience within the organisation. 

You will play a key role in innovating, advising and updating the strategy whilst providing leadership to the the service desk manager and the wider team. 

This role will be ideal for someone from the following:

• Previous experience working as a Digital Workplace Manager or equivalent
• Come from a technical background and operational background
• Previous experience in service delivery and working in technical environments
• Previous experience working with service desk managers or projects involving the service desk team
• Someone with good Customer service skills and customer oriented focus with a proven track record of good stakeholder management and collaboration
