• Earn 2419€ per month
  
• Permanent Contract working 39 hours per week over 5 days

Our catering team is responsible for the essential job of keeping ourguests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated, ready for the adventure that awaitsthem!

THE ROLE 

As Dining Room Manager, you’ll beresponsible for delivering a friendly and welcoming experience to our gueststhrough tasty food and comfortable Dining Rooms. Reporting to the Catering Manager and heading up a team of talented Catering Assistants and Team Leader,you’ll create a friendly, fun and supportive working environment & beresponsible for management,training and supervision.
The meals your team makes will bedelicious as well as safe by ensuring all health and safety, allergen safety,food safety, & PGL standards are followed; alongside within budget, as youwill be taking care of all financial aspects of the catering operation,ensuring maximum value for money whilst maintaining excellent quality.

IS THIS YOU? 

• Previous experience of managing a busy catering team
  
• Ideally you will hold a recognised Level 3 or above qualification in Management
  
• A background in catering for large groups/numbers
  
• Conversational French is desirable but not essential for this role
