You will support the manager in leading our talented in-Room Dining team, you will be responsible for flawless In Room Dining operations — ensuring that guests’ experience lives up to the high standard the Rocco Forte name is known for.
Naturally, you’ll be fluent in fine food and well-versed in culinary trends and the wider market, communicating your understanding with contagious enthusiasm.
Perceptive, positive and discreet at all times, you draw on your outstanding leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage your team to follow your example and meet those high standards. In turn, you will be given the support to further develop your skills and career with us.
