As an IRD Waiter/Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known.

As a IRD Waiter/Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

• To ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service.
• To ensure a full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction.
• To assist and prepare all amenities in order to deliver them in compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards.
• To take orders in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner according to guest requirements and hotel standards.
• To prepare all orders in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.
• To deliver service in guest rooms and residences according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.

As an IRD Waiter/Waitress, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning afternoon and evening, (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
