About The Role:
We’re looking for a B2B SaaS Direct Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients.
The core role is to acquire new clients via Direct Sales from Marketing campaigns and your own initiative. As you’ll be joining us right at the start of our growth your feedback and input into how we can improve our processes will help shape the future requirements so we’re looking for someone ambitious, with the confidence to speak to all stakeholders and suggest new ideas.
What you’ll be doing:
o Be at the forefront of our Direct Sales process and establish a client acquisition through building a rapport and matching their needs and successfully differentiating us from competitors through solution selling, understanding client challenges, problem statements, and identifying opportunities.
o Setting up and trialling various innovative strategies to acquire clients.
o Provide Accurate forecasting of key performance metrics, utilising the bespoke CRM tool.
o Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to build a strong client pipeline and to ensure a seamless lead-to-acquisition conversion process.
What We’re Looking For
o Preferably at least 2 years of solution based selling experience in B2B sales (FinTech or related industries).
o Ability to understand customer needs, build long lasting relationships with customers uncovering multiple opportunities.
o The ability to articulate how our portfolio can increase productivity and efficiencies using outstanding written and oral communication skills.
o A person with a positive attitude and proactive willingness to learn. A drive and hunger to hit targets in a challenging and complex sales environment who sees joining an early-stage company for the huge opportunity that it is.
o A love for Sales, from prospecting, cold calling and closing marketing leads.
o Concise, effective communicator: The ability to articulate how our portfolio can increase productivity and efficiencies using outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
