Search is currently seeking a Direct Technical Controller to join a lively scheduling team within the Facilities Management Industry. We are searching for individuals with exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the seamless planning and scheduling of engineer's routes and workloads across diverse contracts. From liaising with clients and engineers to coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, versatility is key. 37.5 hours a week:
Mon - Sun: Shifts between 7am - 8pm
1 weekend in 4 - remote working on weekends

Main duties include:
* Control and plan the daily workloads of designated engineering teams throughout the UK
* Schedule all works efficiently whilst working to pre-determined attendance, amending attendance to SLA/KPI targets
* Remotely monitor refrigeration equipment and diagnose faults
* Answering internal and external calls
* Monitoring group mailboxes
The ideal candidate:
* Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with people at all levels
* Proficient in organising own workload
* Excellent problem solving skills
You must be an experienced administrator with leadership experience for this role. This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a demanding environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
