We are pleased to be working with a successful multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that offers a wide range of architectural, planning and design services to help them find a motivated and talented Associate Director to play a leading role within the civils team in their Cambridge office on a full time permanent basis. The opportunity to work from home for 2/3 days per week is available with this role. This role will also offer the opportunity for equity in the business for the right candidate.

As an Director you will have experience of heading a team with responsibility for resourcing, mentoring and ongoing training. Business Development is also a key part to this role and the ideal person will therefore be an enthusiastic, driven & charismatic individual who is willing to become involved in maintaining & strengthening existing client relationships as well as seeking out new work & forming new relationships for the company.
Requirements:
- A degree in civil engineering,
- A Chartered Civil Engineer,
- Extensive experience managing project teams on projects from concept through to completion,
- Extensive experience managing the financial aspects of projects,
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects & concentrating on client satisfaction,
- Ability to lead and develop the existing infrastructure teams,
- A broad range of project sector experience,
- Excellent communication skills.
