As the visionary leader of Adult Services, you'll champion quality care, acting as the nominated individual defined by CQC. This part-time opportunity, working three days a week, offers a chance to make a profound impact.

The Director of Adult Services will be responsible for

• Ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve the charity's objectives.
• Actively promote and lead a culture of equality, transparency and accountability within the service.
• Provide regular reports to the CEO for the Board of Trustees and relevant sub-committees.
• Deliver the strategic plan, develop and implement operational initiatives to improve service quality and performance.
• Build positive partnerships, network and connections with external professionals.
• Ensuring the service meets all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to best practice guidelines. Achieves 'Good' ratings.

Experience and qualifications required.

• Minimum of 5 years management in Adult Social Care.
• Level 5 or above in Adult Social Care
• Determined, inspirational leader committed to improving further services for autistic people.
• A positive disruptor with extensive knowledge of devising and delivering strategy.
