In the role of Business Development Director you will
- Identify and capitalist on new business opportunities, developing a robust pipeline of potential clients and working with the Senior Team to convert them to sales
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, whilst also leading and inspiring the wider team
- Explore innovative ways to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Our ideal Business Development Director will have
- Proven experience in a Business Development/sales role
- Results orientated approach and a passion for driving business success
- Some understanding of building/construction markets
