Job Title: Director of Engineering

Location: Saudi Arabia 

Package: 17,000 - 22,000 SAR, plus accommodation, & full expatriate benefits 

I'm currently supporting a leading hospitality group, over in KSA, with their search for a Director of Engineering. 

The group are at the forefront of delivering some of the most ambitious projects across the Kingdom, and they are now looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to oversee all Engineering operations for this Ultra Luxury Resort. 

In short, you'll be responsible for the management of Engineering, facilities services and processes that support the all core business functions.
Generally focusing on using best business practice to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.
To maintain resort standards of quality and service and facilities in all departments over which you have responsibility and authority.
You will be responsible for the overall smooth, efficient and economical running of the entire Engineering department.
Assisting the management in planning for investments, project and replacement budget on a yearly basis.

Ideally we're looking for those who have a strong background successfully heading up Engineering operations within remote locations, and prior GCC experience is a must too. 

Qualifications

• Previous Engineering experience in a comparable leadership role within a similar luxury hospitality brands.
• Exceptional technical skills and knowledge in managing complex and diverse facilities.
• Strong relator with ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively.
• A proven leader who is able to inspire others and drive change.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving business.
• Must have professional working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and Hot water generation systems including devices such as pressure regulators, solenoid valves, gas valves, electrical relays, etc.
• Must be a master of OSHA work place safety standards such as PPE, Lock Out Tag Out, Ladder Safety, HAZCOM and similar.
