SalaryAssociate Director Sustainability / Building Physics Engineer
Based in Guildford
Salary £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Our client is an expanding leading sustainability consultancy based in Guildford.
They have been at the forefront of the fight against climate change for 18 years and during this time they have provided innovative and solution-focused advice to architects, contractors and developers on over 3,000 residential and commercial building projects across the UK.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a committed and commercially aware sustainability professional to join their Executive Team and play a key role in the company’s growth.
For this role you will need to have solid management skills and be able to lead the Business Development team. You will be motivating, coaching and developing the team to ensure they reach their full potential.
You will develop strong trust-based relationships with key construction clients and stakeholders, supporting clients in increasing the environmental and sustainability performance of their developments. Inputting into marketing and advertising to help generate a robust pipeline of work. As well as working across internal teams to ensure the client service is seamless.
To be successful in this role you will need to have worked in the construction industry within Sustainability, Planning or Mechanical & Engineering within a client facing role and be passionate about Sustainability.
As you will be managing a team you will need to be able to travel to Guildford daily.
