Director Of Equity, Diversity And Inclusion

We are excited to announce our search for a Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DoEDI).

The role of DoEDI will serve as a catalyst for change, working collaboratively with students, staff, and community stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote equity, celebrate diversity, and foster inclusivity at every level of our school community. 

From a day-to-day perspective, the postholder will report directly to the Principal and work closely with senior colleagues across the Senior, Pre-Prep & Prep schools, and Support staff ensuring a wholesome and healthy culture promoting the IDE ambitions of the Berkhamsted Schools Group.
