Director of Income Generation and Growth

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rotherham Hospice Team as our new Director of Income Generation. This new appointment comes at a time where, as a charity, we are about to embark on a new strategic journey underpinned by a significant investment programme into Income Generation.

As our Director of Income Generation, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to generate income and raise awareness of the Hospice’s mission and services. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a dynamic team to achieve ambitious Income Generation targets, ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

This role requires a self-starting strategic thinker with a proven track record in Income Generation, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
