Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering new products and solutions• Bachelors degree and 8+ years of Technology experience• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more software engineers• Expertise in navigating large enterprises, particularly in the BioPharma industry• Track record of working in matrix organizations• Proficiency with Azure platforms and tools• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills• Ability to convey intricate concepts and forge partnerships• Ready to adapt and navigate the ever-evolving technological landscape
