Director of Outlets - Luxury Hotel
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

We are excited to have teamed up with a prestigious hotel located in Washington, DC.
They are looking for a Director of Outlets who will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets in the hotel.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless functionality and upholding top-tier quality standards
• Devise and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales and meeting financial targets
• Demonstrate financial acumen by managing cost controls, analyzing financial performance, and tracking sales trends
• Work closely with the kitchen team to create innovative menus to reflect the different outlets within the hotel
• Offer guidance and leadership to food and beverage managers and staff and foster a supportive and productive work environment
• Proactively monitor guest feedback, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff to uphold exceptional service and professionalism
• Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to enhance the hotel’s growth and drive sales

Requirements:

• You will have 3 years of experience in a comparable role, managing multiple outlets
• You will have Luxury Hotel experience
• You will have an detailed understanding of food and beverage operations
• You are a natural leader with strong multi-tasking, time management and communication skills
• You have the ability to work well under pressure, motivate a team and be a strong team player
