Day to day your role will involve:
The Director of Cloud & Security Product Management will spearhead our Product management functions for the Cloud and security business domains across our European markets. This is a key role in driving our product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers through our products and managed services. You will be a catalyst in fostering innovation and growth within our organisation.
To be successful in this role you'll need the following skills/experience:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Oversee the full Product management lifecycle across the Cloud and security segments, encompassing market analysis, road mapping, prioritization of features based on customer feedback, and go-to-market strategies.
- Innovation and Roadmap Development: Formulate and articulate a clear vision of our product future, converting insights into a compelling product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
-Lifecycle Management: Champion the planning and execution of Product lifecycle processes from inception through to sunset, ensuring alignment across different business functions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in harmony with multiple business units including engineering, security operations, sales, and customer support to drive product synergies and optimise customer satisfaction.
- Customer Portal Oversight: Manage the product backlog for the customer-facing portal, guaranteeing it effectively addresses customer needs and enhances user experience.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to regional product managers, empowering them to achieve excellence in their delivery of Products and managed services.
Bonus points if you have:
- Technical Savvy: Demonstrable familiarity with software engineering workflows and a broad understanding of cutting-edge IT solutions, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS offerings.
- Business Acumen: A sound grasp of SaaS business dynamics, including key metrics like ARR, NRR, Gross Margin, and Sales Efficiency, with strategies to positively influence them.
- Security Expertise: Robust knowledge of the information security landscape, encompassing data protection, security technologies, and services.
- Influential Leadership: Adept at building rapport and commanding respect across various levels of the organization, influencing without authority, and nurturing robust team and customer relationships.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication prowess coupled with the capability to demystify complex technical matters into coherent, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Executional Proficiency: Proven track record of concurrently steering multiple workstreams and satisfying intricate system-level design requirements.
