Director Product Management SaaS

As the Director Software Product Management, you will set and execute on strategy for one or more product lines within the Honeywell Forge for Buildings product suite. Honeywell Forge for Buildings is an enterprise-level, cloud-based software suite for enabling customers digital transformation, efficient operations, maximizing the value of assets in their buildings and improving the occupant experience.You will be accountable for product profitability, requirements, delivery schedules and future roadmap.This will include new product introductions and existing product enhancements.You will partner closely with engineering in the delivery of software solutions.You will partner with sales & marketing in the go-to-market plan for your product(s).And you will partner with customers to incorporate their needs into the product roadmap.This role will have supervisory responsibilities but is also considered "hands on" Product Management.In this role you will focus on the improving our products insight driven recommendations, enterprise scalability, portfolio visibility and our integrations with internal & external applications.

The role is based in the Republic of Ireland, and you would need be geographically based there.

Responsibilities are defined in two key areas:

1. Product Development

Creation of product roadmaps

Definition of product requirements

Development of product positioning

Close collaboration with product engineering teams to ensure delivery of software to meet requirements and customer expectations

Management of the full product lifecycle

Co-creation of marketing plans

Co-creation of sales enablement content

Participation in existing and potential customer meetings to understand their needs and describe our solutions

2. Product Commercialization

Develop product pricing strategies including a focus on subscription-based Software as a Service pricing models

Design the software commercialization customer journey from obtaining quote and pricing through to order placement, licensing of customer entitlements to automatic software provisioning; software renewals and upsell opportunities.

Implement the product commercialization strategies into business systems such as SAP, SFDC and subscription tools

Provide reporting and analysis of product business performance

YOU SHOULD HAVE

12+ years of overall experience with in-depth exposure to software systems

3+ years of experience with SaaS pricing, billing and/or "order-to-cash" process

3+ years of people management experience

Proven track record of leading key product areas and driving market adoption in a profitable manner

Strong English language verbal and written communication skills

Masters or Undergraduate degree

WE VALUE

Experience in Buildings related technologies and/or operations

Strong experience in a related role in another enterprise software company or enterprise systems integrationcompany

Commercial acumen demonstrated through previous work experience and/or MBA

Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Zuora, or other similar tools

Technical Product Management and/or business analyst experience

Working knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and cloud computing
