We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our Executive Team as the Director of Property & Places. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of our assets, ensuring they are not become more than just our property’s but safe and welcoming places.
As the Director of Property & Places, you will provide visionary leadership for the Property & Places team, ensuring that the property and assets agenda is aligned with the overall mission and goals of the Group. The role involves the effective management of our diverse portfolio across 45 sites, which include c.1,250 units of supported housing as well as community spaces and recreational facilities, and ensuring all properties comply with all relevant regulation, standards, and health and safety requirements as well as our psychological informed environment expectations.
Your well-honed leadership skills will be key for fostering effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders - we seek a leader who can embody the caring and compassionate ethos that animates our organisation, and your values will be as important as your technical skills. Your experience in a senior property role may have been gained in the social housing sector, or in a related regulated environment involving residential accommodation, for example the health or higher education sectors etc.
