Now is an exciting time to join us as we welcome our new Chief Executive, and we have recently secured a new five-year management agreement with City of Doncaster Council. The Council sees social housing as a key priority and plans to invest £60m in new homes by 2028.
We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious, and skilled Director to join us and lead our Property Services Directorate. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a key member of our Executive Management Team, positively impacting through organisation-wide leadership and strategic planning. You will have responsibility for the development of services and delivery of our change and modernisation programme as well as the management of our repairs and maintenance services. In Building Safety & Compliance and Asset Management functions, you will ensure the highest health & safety and compliance standards, providing inspirational leadership with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.
As a results-driven outcome focused property professional, with a successful track record of leading building, property or maintenance services, your expertise will ensure that our teams deliver a customer experience amongst the best in the sector. You will also bring insight into managing multi-million-pound capital programmes, delivering projects on time and within budget.
