Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-qualified Director of Sixth Form to lead our Sixth Form both academically and pastorally.

We are incredibly proud of our students who are not only academically ambitious but, equally importantly, have a breadth of understanding that enables them to develop with confidence, explore the new and thoroughly enjoy their Sixth Form experience. They really do live life to the full and anyone entering the wonderful Sixth Form Centre will immediately notice the kind, collaborative ethos that pervades Key Stage 5.

We are looking for an exceptional and approachable leader who will be proactive in supporting the students through the demands of A level, and who, together with the Sixth Form team, has the strategic and operational skills to create a highly effective environment.
