We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our small PBP team across the globe (UK, US and Austria). You will play a crucial role in driving organisational success by implementing an efficient and globally appropriate Business Partnering approach. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, C-suite members, People team Centres of Excellence (Reward, People Operations, and L&D) and senior leadership teams.
Please note this is a hybrid role and regular travel is required to our offices in Oxford, UK, with occasional travel abroad. There is flexibility to work from home the remaining time. We are a flexible working organisation and we’re willing to consider various options which would provide similar contact time with the team.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a small but international team of People Business Partners, setting the People Business Partnering approach and delivery with support from our VP, People.
- Directly partner with key C-Suite level partners to set the People strategy and direction.
- Coach Exec and Leadership Teams to create high-performing teams across the group.
- Own senior level ER caseload with support from the People Operations team.
- Lead global people projects and support the People Business Partners with delivery of projects both locally and globally.
Requirements
- Experience of People Business Partnering with senior stakeholders (ideally C-Suite and Exec level).
- Experience leading and implementing organisational design with evidenced beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and implementing HR initiatives.
- Demonstrable track record of complex ER case management and resolution.
- Strong understanding of HR best practice and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience working in a tech or science environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
