Job Title: People & Performance Business Partner
Location: Rugeley and Fradley Park, UK (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week ( would also consider contract)

This is a true generalist role. As a People & Performance Advisor, you will be at the heart of shaping our company's culture and ensuring our employees thrive. You will have the chance to provide invaluable support to both your business area and the wider AB Agri People & Performance team. Get ready to unleash your expertise in delivering business-focused, commercially driven People & Performance advice, guidance, and support.
But that is not all! In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance employee engagement and drive a positive work atmosphere. Collaborating closely with managers, you will be instrumental in achieving the highest standards of people performance.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting engagement and pulse survey actions. “You said, we did” communicating, investigating, and understanding survey comments.
- Champion talent and be an advocate for development by ensuring you have a robust development plan, talent reviews become business as usual and Personal Development Plans are in place.
- Support with continuous skills development at all levels.
- Work closely with Senior People & Performance Business Partner to ensure strategy is communicated, rolled out and maintained.
- Support with some transactional ER/HR and employee administration working to push actions through our HRIS system and our centre of excellence teams.

What you will bring:
- Relevant HR qualification e.g., CIPD at a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent
- Breadth of generalist HR knowledge and HR practices
- Experience of delivering change management through people
- Ability to think outside the box and be creative when it comes to people and performance.
- Operations & Supply Chain experience would be desired but not essential.
