Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in their Central Division, based in Tamworth with hybrid working arrangements and some national travel.
Working with their Regional Finance Director, you will:
- Prepare and analyse key data to identify risks and opportunities, drive best performance and ensure robust financial control.
- Work closely with the regional teams to ensure accurate forecasting. Update weekly and monthly cash forecasts for review by the RFD.
- Attend monthly project performance meetings to ensure robust project reporting.
- Post journals and produce monthly balance sheet packs along with analysis and proposed actions.
- Act as regional first point of contact for external audit process.
- Produce management and statutory reporting for Joint Ventures and facilitate funding requirements.
- Contribute and drive forward initiatives to enhance value that the finance function provides to the wider business.
- Provide best in class analysis and support to RFD, regional teams, central finance team and Divisional MD as required.
