Are you a skilled Finance Professional looking for an exciting new opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, listed business environment? Our prestigious client, a leading corporation in Burton on Trent, is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team and drive financial excellence.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, and support in decision-making processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid background in practice, coupled with robust IFRS / US GAAP / SOX knowledge, and at least 1 role in industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with C-Suite stakeholders across the company to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
- Conducting competitor analysis and business model evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Managing project accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Utilising capital allowance strategies to optimise financial performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified in practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Ideally suited to a Top 10 Qualified 2nd time mover
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX and experience in applying it within an industry setting.
- Proven experience in Business Partnering and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic company on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week on site. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
