Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner
Position Overview: We are looking for a (INTERIM) highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our finance department. The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast future performance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to optimize financial performance, improve profitability, and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, including product launches, expansions, and investments.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to support business objectives and improve decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the finance team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMa) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, Business Partnering, or related areas.
- Proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders to drive business results and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
This is an interim for for 3 - 6 months with hybrid work pattern (2 days on site)
