Gleeson Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a fast growing, dynamic business based in Tamworth on their search for a Finance Business Partner. This opportunity is perfect for a Newly Qualified Accountant looking to make that first step into the sought after commercial world!
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting business units by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to drive financial performance, support decision-making, and optimise business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial expertise and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
- Proactively identify areas for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems collaboratively.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
