Our client in Maidstone is looking to take on a dynamic and dedicated Despatch Operative to join their thriving team. As a Despatch Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of finished products for packaging and shipment.
HOURS:
- Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1730
- Friday 0800 - 1630
DUTIES:
- Collaborate with factory team members to contribute to the manufacturing process.
- Safely and effectively operate a range of machinery and tools.
- Ensure products are prepared, packaged, and ready for shipment.
- Work within a time-sensitive production schedule to meet deadlines.
- Communicate any product issues or defects to the production supervisor promptly.
- Keep the workspace clean and organised to facilitate a smooth workflow.
